Welcome to our Kick Boxing Fitness program! Our training teaches the fundamentals of boxing, kickboxing and other self-defense techniques. Regular drills utilizing thai pads, boxing mitts, heavy punching bag training, floor body conditioning, take down and partner drills. Regular sparring and competition training for those who are interested in doing so. Learn self-defense and have fun too!
