Japan: A Revert Perspective

Join us for a special evening with Shaykh Elbakri, Br. Shigeo, and Sr. Risa as they share personal stories and unique insights into Islam and Muslim life in Japan.

Br. Shigeo and Sr. Risa will recount their journeys to Islam as husband and wife, followed by a conversation about the opportunities, challenges, and growing presence of Islam in Japanese society. Sr. Risa works with the Japan Dawah Center, while Br. Shigeo is a Muslim blogger who documents faith and life in Japan. Together, they will share memorable experiences, photographs, and stories from their work and travels.
