Fiqh of Women & Sexual Health in Islam (Sisters Ages 18+)

Join us for an insightful session exploring essential topics related to women’s Fiqh and well-being. This class will cover:

• The Fiqh of Tahārah (purification), Hayḍ (menstruation), and Istiḥāḍah (irregular bleeding)

• How to purify both body and heart in accordance with Islamic teachings

• Rulings on intimacy and maintaining spiritual and physical wellness

• How to perform ghusl according to the Sunnah
