Job Title: Dawah Coordinator Part-Time- (70% Onsite / 30% Remote)
Compensation: $30 – $35 per hour

About the Role
MCA is seeking an organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Dawah Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our Dawah programming. Reporting to the Dawah Secretary, you will ensure our events run smoothly, our content reaches the community effectively, and our administrative processes are seamless. This role is ideal for a community-minded professional who excels at logistics and media management.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the operational/logistics lead for all Dawah programs and maintain a centralized calendar, ensuring alignment, clarity, and strategic scheduling of all programs and events
- Track attendance, engagement trends, and KPIs to inform improvements and identify gaps
- Oversee program administration, including registrations, participant communications, and inquiry management
- Coordinate all Religious Director led engagements end-to-end, including intake, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and follow-ups with other organizations
- Lead content and media operations by overseeing recording, production, streaming and archiving of classes, lectures, khutbahs, and weekend programs
- Manage a structured content pipeline, including short-form videos, reels, and promotional materials
- Ensure timely uploading, labeling, and tracking of all content within a centralized system
- Monitor and increase program visibility, audience engagement, and attendance through consistent outreach strategies
- Conduct post-event evaluations to identify improvements and enhance future program delivery
- Identify opportunities for program expansion and develop new initiatives and processes
- Exhibit proactive problem-solving, clear communication, and basic media/content management capabilities.
- Work on any other assigned activities as needed by the Dawah Secretary and the Dawah Committee.
