Beginner’s Therapeutic Fitness Class (Senior-Friendly)
Join us for a sisters-only, low-impact therapeutic fitness class designed for beginners looking to improve strength, mobility, and overall well-being in a supportive environment. This session focuses on bone density, balance, flexibility, and fall prevention, making it especially suitable for seniors and those seeking a gentle, accessible workout.
Led by certified instructor Sanober Hamid (MS Nutrition, MA Islamic History), the class also supports a range of health goals, including weight management, joint and back pain relief, stress reduction, and improved sleep.
