Our CrossFit is an MMA specific strength and conditioning training program focused on giving you total fitness. Increases, strength,speed, agility, coordination, stamina and cardio are achieved through training methods that derive from bringing many of the best sports conditioning programs together. It is challenging, rewarding and can be scaled to meet anyone’s needs.

Men’s Session: Monday, Wednesday,
Thursday: 8:30-9:30 PM
Training is held at MCA’s new building next door at 3033 Scott Blvd, Santa Clara, CA
