Dates: commencing Tuesday April 1st - May 6th 2014

Day: Every Tuesdays (April 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th, May 6th)

Location: 3033 Scott Blvd (MCA New Building Next Door)

* Babysitting will remain in the babysitting room in MCA old building

Time: Beginners from 6-7pm and Advanced from 7-8pm
Cost: $50 for 6 sessions
 
 Morning Class with Jittaun:
 
Date commencing SATURDAY April 5th - May 10th
 
Day: Every Saturdays ( April 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th, May 3rd, 10th)

Location: MCA Fitness Room

Time: 7:30 am - 8:30am

Cost: $50 or  $65 for twice a week- Tuesdays and Saturdays !!
 

Babysitting: $15 /child & $5 for each additional child for 6 weeks

Fitsista Bootcamp classes are designed to help women of all ages gain strength, stamina, and flexibility. Using a combination of strength-training exercises, cardiovascular drills, pilates, yoga, and abdominal exercises, our program is designed to give you a total body workout. Whether your fitness goal is to jump start your weight-loss, increase your energy, or improve your posture, Fitsista's six-week program is guaranteed to help you get there. Jittaun Jones is an AFAA-certified group fitness instructor and owner of Fitsista Training LLC, a local small group training program. She also works as a trainer for a local boot camp designed specifically for moms.
 
 

 

Introducing a Six week Pilates Session with Jessica Weiner (April- May 2014)

I have been doing Pilates for about nine years. I am a certified Pilates instructor and have been teaching (formally at Curves and then Sherri's Gym in Santa Clara).

Pilates is not just an hour work out program, I believe it is a way of life. We borrow concepts from yoga in the mind body fusion; you will learn relaxation techniques and posture corrections that your body will adapt to and applyto everyday activities, which becomes increasingly important in our modern day fast paced stressed out society.


Pilates specifically targets your core, or "powerhouse," the internal muscles that fuel virtually your entire vessel. Core muscles are generally three areas;  all the muscles in your pelvic floor, abdominals, and back. We will focus on exercises with the intention of strengthening these vital internal muscles, the integral muscles that have a tendency to be overlooked.

Location: The New Building (Next to the MCA)

Time: 9:45 am - 10:45 am

Cost : $50 for 6 weeks

Babysitting will be provided for $15/child and $5 for any additional siblings.
