FITSISTA with Jittaun *NEW*
Dates: commencing Tuesday November 11th 2014
Day: Every Tuesdays 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm( Nov.11th, 18th, 25th, Dec. 2nd, 9th, 16th)
Location: 3033 Scott Blvd (MCA New Building Next Door)
* Babysitting will remain in the babysitting room in MCA old building
Cost: $50 for 6 sessions
Morning Class with Jittaun:
Date commencing SATURDAY November 15th
Day: Every Saturdays (Nov. 15th, 22nd, 29th, Dec. 6th, 13th, 20th)
Location: MCA Fitness Room
Time: 8:00 am - 9:00 am (*NEW TIME)
Cost: $50 or $75 for twice a week- Tuesdays and Saturdays !!
Babysitting: $15 /child & $5 for each additional child for 6 weeks
*Babysitting will remain in the babysitting room in MCA old building
Classes may be cancelled in the event of low enrollment.

Using a combination of strength-training exercises, cardiovascular drills, pilates, yoga, and abdominal exercises, our program is designed to give you a total body workout. Whether your fitness goal is to jump start your weight-loss, increase your energy, or improve your posture, Fitsista's six-week program is guaranteed to help you get there. Jittaun Jones is an AFAA-certified group fitness instructor and owner of Fitsista Training LLC, a local small group training program. She also works as a trainer for a local boot camp designed specifically for moms.
