On behalf of the MCA boards, we would like to announce  Ramadan 1434/2013 dates and schedule.
InshAllah, the first day of Taraweeh is Monday July 8th (Isha will be 10:10 pm), the first day of fasting is Tuesday July 9th, the last day of fasting is Wednesday August 7th, and Eid Ul Fitr will be on August 8th, 2013.
We would like to wish MCA community a blessed Ramadan full of reward.

Welcome to our Kick Boxing  Fitness program! Our training teaches the fundamentals of boxing, kickboxing and other self-defense techniques. Regular drills utilizing thai pads, boxing mitts, heavy punching bag training, floor body conditioning, take down and partner drills. Regular sparring and competition training for those who are interested in doing so.  Learn self-defense and have fun too!
Time: Mondays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays:  7:00 pm – 8:15 pm
