Asak. We are looking for 2 Male Muslim Roommates @ #1561 APT-8 Warburton Avenue, Santa Clara CA 95050. Room Rent: 375$. The Room is available starting December 1st, 2009. This is a Master Bedroom with private attached Full-Bath. This room needs be shared with someone (hence 2 roommates). If you wish to have this room for yourself then the rent will be 650$ You: • should know to cook, if not then we can work something out. • should be neat and clean, and should equally participate in cleaning & maintaining the common areas of the apartment. Brother Aslam, Assalamo Alakum, Do you still have this room available. I am interested in this place. I was looking for a room near mosque and public transport. $375 rent is fine with me. I am in Pakistan and would be arriving around Feb 5, 2009 inshallah. I can cook and help out in house chores. I lived in Santa Clara for about two years and left for Pakistan in Aug 2009.
