Dear Mr. Green:

Thank you very much for bringing to our attention the difficulty you are experiencing for parking in your facility on Fridays. It is indeed disturbing to learn that some of our visitors are parking in your parking lot.

We have now taken specific steps to address this matter. Our management team collectively and individually will continually inform our patrons the seriousness of parking in our neighbor's lots.

We will help you to tow the cars of any of our visitors who are parked in your lot. Please have your staff call me at 408-655-8120 when they feel the need for my personal involvement.

We appreciate your concerns and will do everything that we can to resolve this unacceptable situation you are experiencing.
