MCA administration continues to receive complaints from our neighbors regarding illegal parking on their properties. While it may seem convenient, it is irresponsible and unethical besides being illegal to park on our neighboring properties at any time unless MCA has a prior agreement to use their lots. 

In addition to MCA’s own parking areas and street parking in the vicinity, MCA has made arrangements with two of our neighbors who have graciously allowed MCA patrons with free parking in their lots on Fridays.
Vanguard Parking: 12 noon-2 pm Fridays, More Décor Parking: 12 noon-2 pm Fridays
 
In MCA’s assessment there are over 700 parking spots in and around the MCA building including MCA, Vanguard, More Décor and street parking. This is plenty of parking for the two scheduled prayer sessions on Fridays.  Please follow the guidelines below for continued success of MCA: 

1. DO NOT park illegally at any time
2. Try to Car pool on Fridays
3. Use public transportation when possible
4. Clear parking areas quickly after first Juma prayers
5. Arrive early and avoid the rush
6. Park legally even if you have to take a long walk. You may complete your prayers if you miss the congregation
7. Report offenders to MCA Management 

It is imperative that everybody who comes to MCA abides by the guidelines and regulations. MCA has zero tolerance policy for non-compliance and will be towing all illegally parked vehicles at owner's expenses.
