Hello,

I'm looking for a clean professional male to share a room in a 2 BR apt in Archstone Santa Clara. The room I'm offering for rent has its own bathroom and walk-in closet. As some may know, Archstone is not a luxorious compount, but it's a bit upscalish.

The rent, including utilities (high speed internet, High Definition cable with Arabic channels, electricity, gas...) is $1200.

The compound has an exercise room and a medium sized pool.

I'm an Egyptian part time grad student and I work for a marketing research company in Palo Alto. I moved to California about 2 years ago.

I do live with a snobbish Persian cat. She minds her own business! :)

Last but not the least, my lease expires June 30th, and the only thing I'd be asking for is a 30 day notice in case someone wanted/needed to move out earlier than that.
