The Election Committee was appointed by the Executive Committee to facilitate the election process in an impartial manner. EC requested the formation of Election Committee to perform this most important task.

The committee developed the Election Nominations guidelines, distributed forms and collected them with names of nominees, qualified these members according to the rules of MCA Constitution, set the date for Election Forum, developed policies for Absentee Ballot and developed voting procedure.
